Shipping policy
Please select the option of ‘Next day delivery + tracking’ if you would like for your order to be sent off with next-day delivery. This option is also tracked, so therefore you will be able to request for your tracking number and information about your order. On the day your order is placed, it will be handmade within 24hrs and then shipped the following day, after it has been made. As all orders are custom made on demand and not pre-made, your order will be shipped off within 48hrs and not within 24hrs. Handmade items that have been clearly displayed to have already been made will be shipped out within 24 hours of you placing your order.
As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information, and as a seller, it is our responsibility to ship your order to that exact address. We are not responsible for any packages shipped to incorrect addresses that you have provided for us on your order information. No refunds will be issued, unless a mistake in your shipping information has been made by us. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct. We are not liable for additional postage costs due to incorrect address details.
Please also take into consideration when you are placing an order if there are any bank holidays coming up, as this slightly delays the time of delivery (usually by a day or 2).
Following Royal Mail’s regulations, all orders will arrive within the weekdays. Orders placed at the end of the week will arrive the following business days. Next day delivery orders are included. Orders placed at the end of the weekday will NOT arrive on either Saturday or Sunday, regardless of if they have been placed with standard or next day delivery.
We can not be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, it is then their responsibility to deliver your parcel to the address that you have provided. We are not responsible for the claim of lost, damaged or stolen parcels. However, in any of these circumstances, we will reach out to the shipping company on your behalf, and do our best to provide you with relevant information for you to make the claim directly to Royal Mail. By making a purchase from our website, you understood and agreed to these conditions.
In the event of the increase in costs of shipping tariffs, buyers must be prepared to cover these new price costs.
