Refund policy
As all lash orders are custom made, this means that after receiving your item, you will NOT be able to request a return after purchasing.
This policy has also been implemented to support eye hygiene. Please understand before wanting to return an item that your order can NOT be re-used by another customer. If an originally intact order has been damaged on the opening of the packaging by a customer, neither a refund nor replacement will be issued. If an order already appears to be damaged before the customer has removed the packaging, then a replacement will be issued, however, a return is not necessary.
If you have incorrectly placed an order, we are not to be held responsible, and no refunds will be issued. This also applies to online courses, E-books, and lash trays, which have a strict no refund policy once they have been purchased.
After a package has been shipped off and delivered, and there is recorded proof of this, you may NOT ask to be refunded. As products and time have already been used, this remains a strict policy. A replacement product may be sent out by us if there has not been any recorded notes on the delivery of your package. No refund or replacement will be issued to customers who raise a complaint regarding an order that has been delivered after seven days. We cannot offer refunds/exchanges after the product has been worn or removed from its original sealed packaging.
Replacements will only be considered where a clear manufacturing fault is confirmed.
To report a suspected manufacturing fault, you must:

Contact us within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery of your package

Provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue

Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and remains in its original, unopened packaging
Lashes that have been opened, worn, tried on, altered, handled, or removed from their original tray or packaging are not eligible for a replacement under any circumstances.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, exchanges are also not available after ordering. This is due to hygiene control. The fastest way to ensure that you get a replacement for what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item.
